This market calls for weekly updates.

Again, the first two weeks of August have been slower than recent months.  But this was predicted because August is traditionally one of the slowest months of the year as people are now taking their holidays during this month.  And on top of that we have the reopening of Ontario outside the 3rd wave. Real estate is not a top priority at the moment.

I’m very curious to see what is going to happen in September.  How much will activity increase? Prices? More inventory? We shall see!

It’s still a good time to sell, prices are at an all time high, inventory is still low, but demand has slowed now too.  If you know anyone considering selling, have them contact me to discuss.
