New Tecumseth Monthly Market Update - January, 2022

▪️ I’m back again with a short summary for January.  This one will be a brief and I’ll let the numbers do the talking.

▪️ Prices are bananas!!!

▪️Demand is super high and all inventory get consumed immediately.  The market continues with holding offers, Offer Nights and bidding wars. 10 offers on local properties is not unusual right now.

▪️ If you or someone you know, has been considering selling, prices have never been higher.

▪️ If you’re buying, it’s very expensive and competitive.  My hope is demand will decrease this year as interest rates rise, making for a better buying environment.

▪️I have been tracking and sharing weekly sales statistic on my social media and blog because things are changing so quickly.
