New Tecumseth Monthly Market Update - February, 2022

▪️ I’m back again with a short summary for February, I’ll let the numbers do the talking.

▪️ Prices were again 🍌🍌🍌🤯🤯🤯 !!

▪️These price averages are another record high! Price averages are up 19% (!!) from Dec 2021 to Feb 2022!  And up 50% from Feb 2021 vs Feb 2022!

▪️Low inventory and super high demand were the story for the month.

▪️Sales and New Listing volumes were down vs. Feb 2021.  But they were double what was recorded for last month, Jan 2022.

▪️New Listing were increasing significantly from the beginning of the month to the end.  Also New Listings were approaching double the number of Sales.  But this is not a true number because many these sales were listed, canceled, listed again at a different price then finally sold.

▪️ If you or someone you know, has been considering selling, prices have never been higher.  Now is an incredible opportunity.

▪️ If you’re buying, it’s very expensive and competitive.  But hope was appearing at the end of the month with the number of new listings coming available.
