We are hoping for more robust sales in 2023 compared to the last half of 2022. There should be plenty of pent up demand. The number of New Listings recently shows that sellers want to sell and move. Now we need the buyers to recognize and step up to take advantage of the options and lack of competition.

We hope that the Bank of Canada‘s next interest-rate change will be the final one for some time. Which can hopefully set the stage for more Buyer confidence.
