This environment calls for Weekly Updates.

Sales for the third week of November are down again from the previous week. These are the lowest numbers seen in months. But New Listings are up!

I’m always happy to see more New Listings recently because it helps combat our low inventory problem.

I’m suspicious if this decreasing trend is because of the pandemic second wave concerns or it could be the traditional seasonal slow down of the approaching winter.

It will be very interesting to see how the coming weeks unfold, and if Sales continue to stay low.
