This market calls for weekly updates.

I missed the pervious weeks updates, so heres a couple weeks in one.

You can notice the last couple weeks the sales have been decreasing from previous months.  This is likely a function of many things but the two main ones I believe are: summer and summer time distractions are here AND our world is opening up again post-pandemic and that is adding another layer of distractions.  July and August are traditionally slower sales months.

It’s still a good time to sell, prices are at an all time high. If you know anyone considering selling, have them contact me to discuss.
