It’s nice to see the new listings double from the week before! Thanksgiving had its effect for a slow week then. Inventory does continue to be low and demand high. Especially on the most affordable properties who sometimes have 10-20 offers on offer night!

This low inventory and high demand will continue to have upward pressure on prices which continue to break records.
