This market calls for weekly updates.

Activity is traditional slow in January as people wind down from the holidays and adjust to the cold.  But the market remains active.

Prices are incredible right now! Highest ever (I don’t like saying that over and over).  Demand is super high and all inventory gets consumed almost immediately.  Standard sales strategy right now is holding offers, Offer Nights and bidding wars. 15+ offers on local properties is not uncommon.

It is again a great time to sell, prices are at an all time high, active listings are low, and demand is strong.  If you know anyone considering selling, have them contact me to discuss this opportunity.
