The Spring market is coming! Can you smell it!

So happy to see all these homes come available! This will start to satisfy all the wild demand. And hopefully lead to the reduction of unsustainable prices on offer nights! 

Prices are still very high!  Highest ever, again! Demand is strong and inventory is increasing. Common sale strategy right now is holding offers, Offer Nights and bidding wars. 5+ offers on local properties is common. 

It is still a great time to sell.  Prices are at an all time high, demand is strong, but active listings are climbing.  If you know anyone considering selling, have them contact me to discuss this opportunity.
